Extremely worst n unhygienic place.room was dirty, bathrooms smelly n small insects were visible every where in rooms. Bedsheets torn, blankets n pillow covers stained. Flooring dirty, stain on the walls. Overall bad experience

Pathetic hospitality experience. We had to make the personal clean the rooms as it was in extreme pathetic condition. I mean it cannot be said its cleared Even the pillow covers we had changed by ourselves. This is actual user nightmare. Hotels are supposed to be relaxing and comfortable. How this place has reached 4 star have no clue. Even the assurance of clearance given by the staff is a lie. After checking. If you see the pictures 4 are after cleaning what they assured. Even though we came for a family function but the cost is paid by someone but not for such stay experiences which is been provided. Extremely disappointed.

A family of 4, 2 senior citizens & 2 kids in their twenties, enjoyed a comfortable stay in suit rooms booked through OYO Rooms at Hotel Riviera. Suits are spacious, with some having living rooms & some with galleries. We had 2 rooms, both with living rooms, on the 2nd floor. There isn't a view as such from the hotel rooms, as it is in the city area. Beds are big, rooms are not new, but decently maintained. As for food, we tried Punjabi food, which was decent. Complimentary breakfast must try item is Poha. Anyways, Maharashtra is famous for it's Pohe. Alu parathas are okay. Omlette was good. It's located well, and you'll get most basic city amenities nearby. The highlight is the courteousness of the staff, front staff & service staff, both. Overall, a happy experience for us! And yes, at affordable rates, if booked through OYO.

Staying here was worth and true value for money. Suite rooms are quiet spacious with lovely city view from the rooms. There service is quite remarkable. Food at the restaurant was goods. Just one suggestion, hotel management should work on the breakfast ,as the breakfast menu is very limited
